For myself last year was a huge transitional year.  One of which I am still integrating the life lessons from and opening into a more empowered version of myself.

I’m done waiting for God, the universe, planets to align or aliens to transport me to the pleadian galaxy (joking..kind of )

The Simple truth is I am taking my power back at a greater level then ever before and creating relationships that respect and honour the person I am becoming.

The only way to do this is to change the way I treat myself on a mental, emotional and physical level.   I’ve been lucky in my journey to meet some amazing healers, wise teachers and have guidance from spirit that has given me tools to navigate the speed bumps (which sometimes seem like mountains) of my life.

I have always been moved by a deep love for humanity to share this wisdom and empower others to embrace the fullness of who they are… Or as I like to say ‘Sing Their Soul Song’

To help gain momentum this year on my intention for us all to know you, be you and DO YOU!
